Lily – Asiatic – Monte Negro

The Asiatic Lily Monte Negro, ‘Lilium’, is delightfully fragrant. The flower is dark-red and with black spots. Each bulb will produce up to 12 flowers. They are so fragrant and so lovely with their reflexed petals. Monte Negro is great for bouquets. Lilies are very easy to grow and will multiply and naturalize in just about any site. They are hardy in zones 3-9.

Lily – Toad – Mixed Colors

The Toad Lily Mix, ‘Tricyrtis’, is a delightful mix of these extremely hardy and low-maintenance perennials. The exotic and orchid-like blooms appear densely speckled in rose-pink, magenta or purple on a lighter background. They prefer a shady spot and moist rich soil. They bloom profusely in a moist shade garden, producing dozens of florets on each stem from July through August. Toad Lilies are great for the shade garden where they tower gracefully above other perennials, like ferns and Astilbe and Hosta.
