The Gourd Hard-shelled Birdhouse, ‘Cucurbita lagenaria’, is commonly used to make birdhouses, pots, planters, bowls, toys, and hanging baskets. The Larkspur Rose, ‘Consolida ambigua’, has tall spires of rose colored flowers. It is considered one of the best for cut and dried flower arrangements.
