    Daylily - Happy Returns

    The Hemerocallis Happy Returns, also known as a Daylily, is a very fragrant pale yellow flower with a size of 3. With dark green foliage, this daylily will reach a height of 18 and a plant spread of 12-24. Happy Returns will bloom from May through July, with outstanding color and a definite rebloomer. Happy Returns prefers a full sun area that is well drained. Although the blooms will last only for one day, there are many blooms on strong stems that rise above tall grassy foliage, (remove in late fall). Happy Returns is considered to be pest and deer resistant. Use for cut flowers, massing, edging, in borders or in mixed containers and tubs.

    Daylily - First Knight

    The Daylily First Knight, Hemerocallis ‘First Knight’, has large white-lemon yellow flowers with a distinct yellow ruffled edge on each petal that sits atop semi-evergreen green foliage. First Knight will bloom early in the season and then repeat bloom late in the season. It can survive harsh conditions that many other plants can not and prefers full sun for the best performance. Daylilies are some of the easiest plants to grow and are a good choice for any gardener. The will grow in almost any soil and handle drought to wet soil conditions. Use for stand alone plantings, edging, in borders or in mixed containers and tubs.

    Lily - Fata Morgana (Asiatic Double Lily)

    The Asiatic Lily Fata Morgana, ‘Lilum Fata Morgana, also known as Asiatic double lily, has extremely bright yellow flowers with 5-7 flowers per stem. The antlers have been replaced with petals producing a double flower. The dark green foliage makes a great contrast with its flower color. Fata Morgana has a plant height of 39 and is one of the newest Lilys on the market today. This lily is a little different than the rest, for it does not produce pollen in the middle of the flower, giving it a longer bloom time. Blooming in mid to late June, Fata Morgana should be planted in full sun and in a well drained soil. Proven to be resistant to rots and virus, it should not be left out of the perennial garden.
