Calla Lily - Mango Hybrid
Calla Lily - Mango HybridThe Calla Lily Mango Hybrid, ‘Zantedeschia’, spring planted tuber, produces wonderful orange flowers with lightly splotched foliage. The flower is trumpet like in form and has a waxy texture. Calla Lilies are also know as pig lilies. The Calla Lily has sword-shaped leaves which are formed at the end of celery-like stalks. The leaves are heart-shaped and are a rich, dark green color that may be speckled. The Calla Lilly makes an excellent cut flower and are great container plants.
Lily - OT Hybrid - ZagoraThe OT Hybrid Lily Zagora, ‘Lillium’, a spring planted bulb, produces beautiful yellow flowers with red-orange centers. OT Hybrid Lilies are a cross between an Oriental lily and a trumpet lily wich gives them a heavy fragrance, vivid color and large blooms. Lilies are great for borders, beds, and containers. They prefer well drained soil and they will multiply each year. Allow the leaves on the stalk to turn yellow and fall off to provide the bulb with ample nourishment for the next growing year.
Lily - Tango CollectionThe Tango Lily Collection, ‘Lilium’, contains 10 bulbs; 2 each of ‘Cappuccino’, ‘Dot Com’, ‘Halloween’, ‘Honey Bee’ and ‘Starburst’. In 1989, Piet Schenk, a Dutch Lily Hybridizer, bought pollen from Mr. Orekhof of Latvia, who introduced the first ‘Tango Lily’. In honor of Mr. Orekhof, all new Lilies in this series get the name Tango. These wonderful new hybrid lilies take the popular Asiatic varieties to new heights. The flowers are enormous and vibrantly colored with each variety lavishly speckled in unique formations.
Lily - Oriental - StarfighterThe Oriental Lily Starfighter, ‘Lilium’, produces outward facing blooms that are slightly recurved, of bold lipstick red with a white border. They will provide a blast of color and fragrance for your garden. The Starfighter would be the perfect addition to borders, bedding schemes, and large patio containers.
